Accountability

Successful entrepreneurs hold themselves accountable for the challenges that present themselves in business and they maintain complete honesty in dealing with their associates, team members, affiliates, and customers. They provide a structure within which all can work together as integral, accountable, honest, and productive team members. These leaders do not wait for a crisis to begin before they establish accountability. The structure is in place from the beginning. Even Moses, who was leader of a vast number of people, was told by his father in law, that he alone could not manage all the people that were with him. He needed to teach them the statutes and the law (a structure) within which to work. Furthermore he needed to select men to help him. Men that were honest, of high integrity, possessing self control, and accountable for their actions to help him manage these people and Moses in turn would lead these men (team members, associates) to success in the task at hand.
By putting in to practice these simple virtues you will be far ahead of your competition.
